I don't know the condition or existence of the bulb. I will state what year, make, and model the part was removed from.

This is the speedometer comes complete and assembled as shown. They will have the normal scuffs, scrapes, and dings that are associated with any part that is 20 years old.

If you want new parts, you should buy new parts. I offer shipping discounts. I am parting out a 1990 Polaris Indy I tested this speedometer and it works great. Body is in great shape.

Plastic face isn't cracked, broken, or scratched up.
